Standard delivery is 5.99 GBP.
The estimated delivery time will be between 2-3 working days, depending on the delivery address. You will be able to track your order via our carrier’s website, using the information provided in the Order Despatch email.
UPDATING OR CANCELLING AN ORDER
Once your order has been placed, it is not possible to amend any items in the order, or add additional items to the orders, or to change the recipient details or delivery address.
It may be possible to cancel the order, depending on the order status. Please email email@example.com, with your order number in the subject line, and we will investigate this. Once we begin the process of packing your order, cancellations will not be possible.
If we are unable to deliver your package and it returned to our warehouse, we will automatically refund for the cost of the goods, but not for the cost of shipping.
If you supply incorrect delivery details, you may be required to pay an additional shipping charge to process the redelivery.
Please note that Longbottom & Co. cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage of goods that may occur once your order has been safely delivered. If you choose to have your parcel left in a safe place or communal area, you do so at your own risk.
VAT, CUSTOMS AND IMPORT CHARGES
VAT is payable on all orders shipped to the UK, regardless of where the order is placed. Shipments to international addresses may be subject to unexpected local taxes, customs charges and additional fees. You, the customer, are responsible for these costs and should ensure you are happy to pay them prior to ordering. If you decide to reject the goods for any reason, we reserve the right to deduct shipping and any other costs incurred prior to processing any refund.
Longbottom & Co. retains the right to review and adjust the cost of delivery on shipments that exceed the anticipated size and weight of our stated delivery charges.
